PARTS EXPERT TEST APPLICANTS :  Rollouts or purchase badges will be available 2 weeks after the test is taken.  Please verify with customerservice@1-stopmarketing.com that we have received lists.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

Items in original condition (not worn or laundered) will be accepted for exchange or credit if returned within 90 days of original purchase.

The customer is responsible for the freight in returning/exchanging item(s) to One Stop Marketing, LLC.

EXCHANGES- One Stop Marketing, LLC will ship exchange items back to customer at no additional freight charge to the customer.

All exchanges will be reshipped to the store.  (No residential delivery for exchanges). 

Please include a copy of your order and/or your name, last 4 digits of the credit card used, address, store # and phone number.

Identify the items you wish to return and the reason.

INCORRECT ITEMS SHIPPED - One Stop Marketing, LLC will exchange items that were sent incorrectly by our warehouse at no additional freight charge to the customer.
